Our normal procedure at a wedding is for our head driver to always knock on your front door to advise that the cars have arrived and are ready for you.

Please relax and let our chauffeurs assist you into the cars, we know the best way to get the bride & bridesmaids and their dresses into our cars without damage, we do it all of the time ,we also know how to arrange the ladies dresses before they sit so there is as little creasing as possible.

Once we arrive at your ceremony destination the drivers will arrange the red carpet for you to step onto, so that you exit the car onto the red carpet and your bridal gown is fully protected from the gutter and roadway.

After the ceremony once you are assisted into the car, the chauffeur will check the first photographic location with your photographer. If you change your photographic location, or would like to go to multiple photo locations that we have not been told about, that is no problem, the car is yours to go where you want, within the booking time. If you wish to extend your booked time, advise the driver and you just pay the extra cost at the end of the day. We charge on a fifteen minute time frame, not hourly, so you only pay for the actual time you use.

Once we have arrived at your photographic destination the Chauffeurs will serve refreshments . We always offer complimentary chilled Champagne, orange juice and chilled still water at the photo shoot. Or for alcohol free weddings, Maison if requested., as well as fruit juices and chilled water. All served in Champagne flutes.

Our chauffeurs always pay attention to the time as it is usually the last thing on your mind. The head chauffeur will advise you at what time you will need to leave the photo shoot to arrive at your reception on time.

All chauffeurs wear the same professional chauffeurs uniform of black suit, white business shirt, black socks, shiny black shoes and matching ties.

We do not hire our cars out to other wedding companies, nor do we hire cars from other wedding companies. We have total control of every car and chauffeur, so it is easy to maintain our high standard. Our many awards for "Excellence in service," are evidence of that.

All of our cars are equipped with 2 large golf style umbrellas, pure silk white ribbon, quality red woolen carpet, front wheel covers to protect the brides dress at photo shoots and a JUST MARRIED sign for the rear of the car after the ceremony ( Optional) A spray bottle to spray the flowers during the photo shoot. Make up mirror, small sewing kit and headache tablets & tissues.

Car Reliability
We have our own workshop where our cars are restored, serviced and maintained to our high standard. We also have the largest amount of spare parts for Jaguar Mk Vs in Australia, we carry two spare re conditioned motors and all electrical parts and our spare parts section will get even bigger as we add to it whenever we can.

A visit to our showroom/workshop will relax any potential customers. We have numerous albums of photographic evidence of total restorations to many of our fleet. The servicing of wedding cars can quite often be viewed at our workshop. Which is situated at the rear of our showroom that houses 20 wedding cars.

We leave no stone unturned to make sure that our cars do run in the manner that any bride & groom expects them to.

Visually inspecting the cars and sitting in them is by far the safest way to select your wedding cars. You are not under any obligation to book cars just because you have inspected them at our showrooms.
